Michael Petruziello
Founder & CEO

Michael Petruziello is the Founder and CEO of SuiteVenture. He brings a wealth of knowledge and vital hands-on experience in design, building and construction, and property management to SuiteVenture. Michael holds a bachelor of science degree in communications from Ohio University and certification in commercial real estate analysis and investment from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) School of Architecture and Planning (SA+P). SuiteVenture’s clients benefit from his keen involvement in their success as he oversees property management, design and construction, investments, and financial analysis.
Jessica King
Director of Hospitality, Property Manager

Jessica King comes to SuiteVenture through healthcare and wellness, having worked with patients and caregivers in cardiopulmonary and vascular rehabilitation. She holds a bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology and a master of science degree in clinical exercise physiology from Ohio University. Still, her love of any project that requires a tool began with the hours spent alongside her dad as his second set of hands while he grew his own business, Can-Am Enterprises/Howard’s Home Repair, in Toledo, Ohio. After her first solo real estate project in 2014, she was hooked, conquering electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, flooring, landscaping, and more. She built the perfect skill set to provide the white-glove service and care that SuiteVenture’s clients expect.
