Still, her love of any project that requires a tool began with the hours spent alongside her dad as his second set of hands while he grew his own business, Can-Am Enterprises\/Howard\u2019s Home Repair, in Toledo, Ohio. After her first solo real estate project in 2014, she was hooked, conquering electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, flooring, landscaping, and more.
